Academic and Professional Achievements
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics Degree with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB), where he was recruited by Fortune 500 Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG& E). After 13.5 years at PG&E, he was recruited again by ITC Holdings in Novi Michigan – where he worked three more years while finishing his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Michigan State University prestigious Executive MBA Program.
Raul’s academic background and his vast experience in Corporate America have given him the opportunity to deal with highly complex issues around taxation, regulatory accounting, forensic accounting, public accounting, finance, forecasting, planning, process improvement, internal controls, and day-to-day operations to name some examples.

Lizbeth, who is a co-owner of the business, has helped small businesses keep their books in good order since 2014. Prior to 2014, she had experience in starting a new business, running businesses, and developing new services. Her contributions extend from Overseeing payroll processing, reporting sales taxes to the state, doing bookkeeping, and she is always ready to address ad-hoc requests from clients. She has an unmatched work ethic and a service-oriented attitude that makes her an invaluable asset to our clients. Her academic background includes customer service, accounting, taxes, and Spanish literature. She has a “can do” attitude and her day-to-day involvement in the business has given her many ways to add value to our clients and or business.
Maria Elena Trujillo, has a degree in accounting and has over 12 years of experience in different capacities that range from practicing accounting, petty cash management, administrative roles, human resources, customer service, process management across functions, and merchandising to name some examples. Elena is a quick learner.
She is an expert end-user of all the systems we use (QuickBooks, CFS, and Lacerte), results oriented, proactive, and flexible enough to embrace change when necessary. Furthermore, her approach to ethics and formal personality enriches the service provided to our clients.
Alma Marron has a degree in accounting, is bilingual in English and Spanish and has extensive experience in business processes. Her key strengths include processing payrolls, sales tax, bookkeeping, problem solving, cash handling, record keeping and great customer relations. She is also familiar with accounting requirements, regulatory reporting and compliance.
Alma’s experience includes working for Deloitte with extensive focus in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. She has also worked for VITA (The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). She knows Knows large ERP Applications such as “People Soft…”, likes bookkeeping, and popular softwares like Quickbooks, CFS, and Lacerte. Alma is friendly, cordial, patient, and eager to meet client needs and expectation.
Alexander graduated as an Accountant in 2007 and has since practiced in multiple disciplines that include income generation, cost management, audit efforts, and overall business administration.
Alexander has over fourteen years of work experience in various business sectors including construction, restaurant management, Event Planning, Education, and general business administration. His experience involves most small and medium size businesses and has had the opportunity to experience entire end-to-end operations in multiple businesses sectors. He has experience in managing cash flows, budgeting, purchasing, product distribution to market, sales, internal audits, human resources amongst other areas of business.
His has a great business acumen. He is friendly, solution oriented, highly responsive, and easy to work with. He joins ReliantBiz excited about helping business owners and in turn to continue his personal and professional development.
